We ship sample orders worldwide. We usually prepare samples for dispatch within three days after payment is confirmed. This preparation period is separate from the shipping transit time.
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout where supported. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm a suitable route and shipping quote.
Depending on the destination and shipment size, we can arrange international courier, air freight or sea freight. A delivered duty paid (DDP) route may also be available for some destinations. We will confirm the available method, shipping charge and any applicable import duty or tax arrangements before you commit to the shipment.
Shipping for OEM, ODM and other bulk orders is arranged separately from online sample checkout. The method, destination, estimated transit time, shipping cost and agreed delivery terms will be stated in your quotation or pro forma invoice. Production lead time is confirmed separately for each project.
Transit times vary by destination, shipping method and customs processing. We will provide an estimate when the shipping route is confirmed. Carrier or customs delays can affect the final delivery date.
