Custom manufacturing

OEM and ODM options for activewear brands.

Start with an existing style, a reference image, a physical sample or original artwork. We review how to turn it into a production brief with the right branding, fabric and sample decisions.

OEM · Private label

Put your brand on an established product direction.

Best when the product specification or starting style is already defined and you want branded production details.

Fabric direction

Review hand-feel, stretch, performance needs and sourcing route.

Custom colours

Discuss colour targets and availability against the selected material.

Sample development

Translate references into practical fit, construction and branding checks.

How it works

Make the key decisions before bulk.

OEM and ODM projects share an approval path, even when the development work differs.

01

Brief

Share product references, quantity, market and target date.

02

Plan

Review material, branding, MOQ and sample route.

03

Approve

Check fit, measurements, visual details and packing.

04

Produce

Follow the agreed specification through production and handover.

Before asking for a quote

The more specific the brief, the more useful the answer.

The same-looking product can have a different cost depending on fabric, construction, colour, quantity, logo method and packaging.

Common questions

Can I start without a tech pack?

Yes. A clear reference image, estimated quantity and notes on desired changes are enough for an initial review.

Is the MOQ the same for every product?

No. Fabric, colour, construction and branding affect the minimum. We confirm it against the specific project.

When is the bulk price confirmed?

After the key product, material, quantity, branding and packing details are clear. Complex development may require sample confirmation.

Which route fits your product?

Send one reference and your expected quantity for an initial project review.
